Here's the Liberal Moment (SM) Handout on The Political Spectrum - 2007 Primaries.

Examining the entire political spectrum finds most Republicans toward the upper-right authoritarian, economic "right" and most Democrats also on the upper-right, but just not as extreme. Only two Democratic candidates are slightly to the "left" of the "liberal" center.
