This is the 3 3/16" by 5 1/8" b&w drawing from which this was stained glass was created. It's from the book, How to Design For Stained Glass - Even if you think you don't know how to draw, by Kazanjian & Rosey (1977). I made a transparency of this, used an overhead projector to blow it up on the wall to ~ 2' x 3' (23" x 35"), and traced it onto paper to use as a pattern to cut out the pieces. The glass used for her hair had streaks from top to bottom; each piece was cut so that her hair flows naturally around her body.
