Workshop Report on Project Management Dynamics 10/23/04
10/04/04
Link to Workshop Report now included. Projects are dynamically complex systems for which we must examine the whole, not simply analyze the parts. This workshop examines systems structures that affect project success or failure. Project teams that appreciate these effects can take action to promote project success. We'll cover how to move to coordinated action using standard project management approaches. A side benefit of learning about project dynamics is that projects are affected by structures that we must understand to properly address many of our most pressing organizational, social and economic problems.
